Repair Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with photos of the defect. Shipping from your location to Bali is covered by you, we cover return shipping to you. Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks from receipt.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage from improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or misuse. This includes scratches, dents, or damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or physical impact.
