These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from DENI Jewelry. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our handcrafted jewelry. However, due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. Each piece is handcrafted by skilled Balinese artisans, making every item unique.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Availability

Product availability is indicated on each product page. Ready stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items require 2-3 weeks for handcrafting by our artisans. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe and other PCI-compliant payment providers. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@denijewelry.com. Once an order has been shipped or production has begun on made-to-order items, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped from our workshop in Bali, Indonesia via DHL Express or FedEx International.

Delivery Times

Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (most destinations)
Standard International: 7-14 business days
Remote locations: Up to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Risk of Loss

All items are shipped with full insurance. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will file a claim with the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of our Balinese sterling silver jewelry, we do not accept product returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

Warranty and Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive jewelry with manufacturing defects, we will repair it free of charge. Shipping from you to our workshop in Bali is your responsibility; return shipping to you is our responsibility.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, product descriptions, and photographs, is the property of DENI Jewelry and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DENI Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or carrier delays.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DENI Jewelry regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.
