What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is crafted from premium quality 925 Sterling Silver. We also incorporate natural gemstones, as well as solid 18K gold sheet hammered and soldered to some of our collection. Solid gold, not gold plated.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of our Balinese sterling silver jewelry, we do not accept product returns or offer refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of every piece and guarantee our craftsmanship.

If you receive jewelry with manufacturing defects, we will repair it completely free of charge. Learn more on our Return & Warranty Policy page.

What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive jewelry with any manufacturing defects or quality issues, we will repair it free of charge. Simply contact us at info@denijewelry.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Shipping responsibility:

  • From you to Bali: Customer covers shipping costs
  • From Bali back to you: We cover all return shipping costs
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary depending on your location. $15 flat rate worldwide shipping.

What if my package is delayed?

While we work with reliable carriers (DHL and FedEx), delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or high shipping volumes.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer care team and we'll investigate immediately with the carrier.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos if applicable.

We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your address. Please contact us immediately at info@denijewelry.com.

Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier (DHL or FedEx) using your tracking number.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses. However, delivery times may be longer, and signature confirmation may not be available. Please allow additional time for these deliveries.

What if no one is home to receive the package?

The carrier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

You can also use your tracking number to arrange delivery preferences directly with DHL or FedEx, such as leaving the package at a specific location or holding it at a nearby facility.

How do I take care of my Deni Jewelry?

To maintain your jewelry's shine:

  • Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or saltwater
  • After wearing jewelry keep it inside the pouch to make it durable
  • Never clean your jewelry using a tissue and paper towel
  • Take off your jewelry before sleeping
  • Keep jewelry away from heat, sunlight and vent
  • Don't wear your jewelry while swimming, the chlorine in pool can damage your jewelry
  • Use a soft polishing cloth to clean your silver jewelry regularly
Do you offer custom engraving on jewelry?

Yes! We offer personalized engraving on selected sterling silver jewelry pieces. You can add up to 3 characters for $10 per item.

  • Additional processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned

Wholesale
Can I place wholesale orders?

Absolutely! We offer wholesale options. Please sign up at our Wholesale page, and our team will reach out to discuss minimum order quantities and sample purchases.

Warranty
What are the terms of the warranty?

Our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, for any defects including damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

How can I claim the warranty?

For warranty claims or further assistance, please contact us at info@denijewelry.com by providing:

  • Your name
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the item

You just need to send the item back to us by Postal Office.

Please note: The repair service is free of charge; however, you are responsible for covering the roundtrip shipping costs to and from our manufacturing facility. Additionally, any taxes incurred will not be our responsibility.
